THOUSAND BIRDS / TECHNOLOGY

From an idea
to working equipment.

Build on cabinet fabrication, section assembly and electrical controls to translate project requirements into structures, configurations, interfaces and inspection requirements.

Sheet metal & structure
01

Sheet metal & structure

Coordinate cabinets, sections and connections around installation and service requirements.

  • Cabinet fabrication

Coordinate cutting, bending, welding and surface treatment.

  • Structural interfaces

Check dimensions, connections, section joints and sealing against drawings.

  • Use and maintenance

Include handling, access doors and consumable replacement space in the design discussion.

Equipment capability, materials and process requirements are confirmed for each project. Workshop photographs remain to be supplied.

Assembly & integration
02

Assembly & integration

Organise functional sections along the air-treatment chain and coordinate sourced components with cabinets.

  • Section assembly

Plan assembly and servicing around the specified filters, coils and fans.

  • Supplier coordination

Select and integrate key components against the technical requirements.

  • System interfaces

Consider air passages, condensate management, ducting and service connections together.

Availability of heat recovery, humidification and roadmap products requires separate confirmation.

Electrical & controls
03

Electrical & controls

Start with operating logic and control-point schedules to discuss PLCs, electrical interlocks and BMS interfaces.

  • Operating logic

Confirm start/stop functions, interlocks, status feedback and fault information.

  • Monitoring points

Discuss acquisition and display for specified temperature, humidity and pressure points.

  • Communications and commissioning

Confirm protocol scope, including Modbus or BACnet, point lists and integration arrangements.

Remote operation and cloud platforms are not default features; their scope requires separate agreement.

Testing & quality
04

Testing & quality

Discuss inspection stages and traceability documents for incoming parts, assembly and final delivery condition.

  • Incoming checks

Review component identity, quantities, appearance and supplied documents.

  • Process inspection

Review agreed structural, sealing, wiring and earthing checkpoints.

  • Unit commissioning

Agree applicable airflow, resistance, leakage and electrical checks, test conditions and report scope.

An inspection framework is not third-party certification. Published figures need supporting records and test evidence.

01

Coordinate each stage around the same requirements

The delivery framework connects order review, drawings and the bill of materials. The following describes project coordination; inspection items and deliverable documents are agreed in the technical specification.

  • 01 requirements review

Confirm conditions, feasibility, supply boundaries and delivery arrangements.

  • 02 design and selection

Prepare drawings, the BOM, control logic and key component requirements.

  • 03 procurement and manufacturing

Coordinate purchased parts with fabrication, assembly and electrical work.

  • 04 inspection and commissioning

Check agreed dimensions, sealing, wiring and operating conditions.

  • 05 documentation and packing

Confirm documents, equipment identification, packaging and dispatch requirements.

  • 06 delivery and feedback

Agree installation guidance, commissioning support and service scope.

02

Connect quality records with maintenance

Incoming, process and final inspections address component consistency, assembly checkpoints and delivery condition. Discuss equipment identification, BOM, inspection and commissioning records to support maintenance and spare-part identification.

This website does not present unverified performance figures, equipment inventories or management-system certificates.
