Air Handling Unit

For commercial HVAC air handling, combining outdoor/return-air proportions, coil requirements and fan arrangements into a project-specific section layout.

Configuration and performance documentation confirmed per project

01

Product overview

An AHU serves commercial central HVAC air treatment. Compared with a MAU focused on outdoor-air supply, AHU selection also considers outdoor/return-air proportions, treatment objectives and system connections.

02

Functional sections and structure

  • Mixing and filtration

Discuss outdoor/return-air requirements, maintenance and duct layout.

  • Coils and fans

Check heating/cooling sources, loads and external static pressure.

  • Frames and sections

Coordinate the cabinet, section joints, access doors and handling conditions.

03

Project coordination

Confirm room dimensions, air connections, service side and control-point schedules during technical review to reduce interface mismatches. Section extensions and optional configurations follow the agreed proposal.

APPLICATIONS

Applications

  • Offices and commercial buildings

Air treatment for central HVAC systems.

  • Commercial complexes

Coordinate unit layout with system drawings and plant-room conditions.

  • HVAC project integration

Discuss configurations with EPC contractors, M&E installers and system integrators.
